All tights fit true to size. However, if you’re on the tall side of life, it’s best to go a size up which will give you extra length in your tights. The Hēdoïne shaping waistband will ensure that you won’t compromise on firmness of fit.

Denier (DEN for short) is a unit of measuring the density of fibres. Hēdoïne tights vary in thickness from 20 to 100 Denier. Our 20 Denier tights are lightweight and sheer. They’re also enforced with 40 DEN around the toe for added durability.
Crafted from extremely fine yarns, Hēdoïne tights are soft, breathable and don’t itch, whilst still being durable. We use 70% Nylon and 30% Elastane, unless otherwise specified. Our tights are cruelty free, tested for harmful substances and Certified Standard 100 by OEKO-TEX ®
It was a champions league task, so thanks for giving us the opportunity to brag about it ;) We combined innovative yarns, 3D knitting techniques, and over a year of testing to produce tights that do not ladder or run. In saying that, they are 20 and 40 denier and thus, not indestructible. Just like your favourite jeans, they can get holes and tear from general wear and tear. However, even if a small hole does occur at some point it will not spread down or up the length of your tights – guaranteed. Hēdoïne tights come with two waistband options; low (9cm / 3.5inches) and high (15cm / 6inches). The low waistband slims the hips, perfect for when you don’t want your stomach covered. The high waistband covers your stomach, slimming and shaping your overall silhouette.
Wash your tights at 30 Celsius, ideally in a delicate laundry bag. Do not tumble dry, iron, or bleach.
Yes, you can! While they are not maternity tights, our Hedoines find the high waistband very comfortable in the first trimester, and also in the months after giving birth.

We are shipping all UK and worldwide orders from the UK and all EU orders from Germany. Countries outside the EU and the UK may require you to pay import duties and/or taxes upon arrival in your country. Please check with your local custom office before placing an order. Please note that if you are shipping to a country outside the EU or the UK, there is a possibility that you will be charged import tax on your purchase. We regret that Hēdoïne cannot be responsible for these charges.
Returns & Exchanges
The Ladder-Free Guarantee covers our 20, 30 and 50 Denier tights bought through our online shop. At this point, our 60 and 100 Denier tights are not covered under the Ladder-Free Guarantee.
The Guarantee covers ladders. Holes and snags are not covered under the Guarantee.
The Ladder-Free Guarantee covers tights which are faulty due to production issues. We are unable to accept claims for items which have been damaged by the customer on purpose or by accident, i.e. by jewellery, pets, etc.
One claim can be made per paid item. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept claims for unpaid items (i.e. free replacements or items sent as a goodwill gesture).
If a claim is made, we reserve the right to inspect the faulty goods. In this case, the faulty goods will have to be sent to one of our warehouses in Germany or England. The sender is liable for postage and packaging fees as well as for potential customs charges. The sender of any goods is responsible for said goods until we receive them. We cannot be held responsible for items which are lost in transit.
Discounted items and sale items are not covered by our Ladder-Free Guarantee.
For hygiene reasons, hosiery cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product is faulty or not as described. Having said that, we want you to love our product as much as we love crafting them. If you have any concerns or questions, please get in touch by emailing email@example.com

It is very unlikely that Hēdoïne tights will break during or due to transportation, unless burned or cut. Please notify the courier directly should you notice severe damages to your packaging.
We process your orders immediately to ensure that it is delivered to you as swiftly as possible. Once orders are processed it is not possible to change or cancel.

No, we don’t do hidden fees. You will be charged for your tights (which will be automatically discounted) and you will be charged for shipping only when your subscription includes less than 2 pairs per delivery. If your subscription includes 2 pairs of tights or more, shipping will be free.
Commitment issues? Not with us. You can pause or edit your subscription at any time and you can cancel any time after two deliveries.

You do not need to set up an account with us. If you’re in a hurry or simply don’t want an account, checkout as a guest. We will inform you about your order status via email and you can always set it up at a later stage if you fancy.
