All tights fit true to size. However, if you’re on the tall side of life, it’s best to go a size up which will give you extra length in your tights. The Hēdoïne shaping waistband will ensure that you won’t compromise on firmness of fit.

Denier (DEN for short) is a unit of measuring the density of fibres. Hēdoïne tights vary in thickness from 20 to 100 Denier. Our 20 Denier tights are lightweight and sheer. They’re also enforced with 40 DEN around the toe for added durability.

Crafted from extremely fine yarns, Hēdoïne tights are soft, breathable and don’t itch, whilst still being durable. We use 70% Nylon and 30% Elastane, unless otherwise specified. Our tights are cruelty free, tested for harmful substances and Certified Standard 100 by OEKO-TEX ®

It was a champions league task, so thanks for giving us the opportunity to brag about it ;) We combined innovative yarns, 3D knitting techniques, and over a year of testing to produce tights that do not ladder or run. In saying that, they are 20 and 40 denier and thus, not indestructible. Just like your favourite jeans, they can get holes and tear from general wear and tear. However, even if a small hole does occur at some point it will not spread down or up the length of your tights – guaranteed. Hēdoïne tights come with two waistband options; low (9cm / 3.5inches) and high (15cm / 6inches). The low waistband slims the hips, perfect for when you don’t want your stomach covered. The high waistband covers your stomach, slimming and shaping your overall silhouette.

Wash your tights at 30 Celsius, ideally in a delicate laundry bag. Do not tumble dry, iron, or bleach.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, ApplePay, GooglePay and Paypal. All payments are processed through a secure checkout system powered by Shopify Payments, Stripe Inc. or Paypal.

You can find the link to your invoice on the order confirmation page, as well as in your account in the orders section. There will also be a link in your emails. You can't miss it.

If you are paying directly via credit card, you will be able to pay in your local currency. 

Please note that if you are paying via PayPal, PayPal will apply their own conversion rate to your order so you may see a slight difference in the total.

We ship worldwide, with only a few exceptions. If your country isn't available for shipping, the checkout process will let you know.

Our primary shipping providers are Royal Mail, DHL, and DPD. For express options, we typically use DPD, FedEx, UPS, or other carriers, depending on the destination.

We are currently not able to deliver to Packstation in Germany.

The Ladder-Free Guarantee covers our 20, 30 and 50 Denier tights bought through our online shop. At this point, our maternity tights, 60 and 100 Denier tights are not covered under the Ladder-Free Guarantee.

The Guarantee covers ladders. Holes and snags are not covered under the Guarantee.

The Ladder-Free Guarantee covers tights which are faulty due to production issues. We are unable to accept claims for items which have been damaged by the customer on purpose or by accident, i.e. by jewellery, pets, etc.

One claim can be made per paid item. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept claims for unpaid items (i.e. free replacements or items sent as a goodwill gesture).

If a claim is made, we reserve the right to inspect the faulty goods. In this case, the faulty goods will have to be sent to one of our warehouses in Germany or England. The sender is liable for postage and packaging fees as well as for potential customs charges. The sender of any goods is responsible for said goods until we receive them. We cannot be held responsible for items which are lost in transit.

Discounted items and sale items are not covered by our Ladder-Free Guarantee.

For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns or exchanges if the products are unopened, in their original packaging, or faulty. Returns must be made within 14 days to our UK Warehouse, and shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. It is very unlikely that Hēdoïne tights will break during or due to transportation, unless burned or cut. Please notify the courier directly should you notice severe damages to your packaging.

If you select MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS, you’ll see your current subscription order(s) with the options to EDIT, SWAP or CANCEL next to each product.

Select ACCOUNT on the right side of the website’s header and sign in. You’ll see a button that says MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS. If you select MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS, you’ll see a menu on the left side. Select DELIVERY SCHEDULE and you’ll be able to SKIP/UNSKIP or EDIT each of your upcoming subscription orders.

Select ACCOUNT on the right side of the website’s header and sign in. You’ll see a button that says MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS. If you select MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS, you’ll see all your current subscriptions with the options EDIT, SWAP and CANCEL on the right. Select EDIT and you’ll be able to change the product variant, change the next charge date, change the product quantity, change the delivery schedule and update your payment information. Select SWAP and you’ll be able to replace the product you currently have in your subscription with a different one.

Select ACCOUNT on the right side of the website’s header and sign in. You’ll see a button that says MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS. If you select MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS, you’ll see all your current subscriptions with the option ADD A PRODUCT at the bottom of the page. Select that option and you’ll see a list of all products you can choose from.

Select ACCOUNT on the right side of the website’s header and sign in. You’ll see a button that says MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS. If you select MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS, you’ll see a menu on the left side. Select BILLING INFORMATION and you’ll see the option to update your card and billing address. (This one is not in the FAQ yet, I thought it could be useful)

Select ACCOUNT on the right side of the website’s header and sign in. You’ll see a button that says MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS. If you select MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS, you’ll see all your current subscriptions with the options EDIT, SWAP and CANCEL on the right. Select CANCEL and choose the reason why you wish to cancel. If you choose “other reason” we’d really appreciate a short note on why you decided to cancel. We are always keen to hear your personal feedback!

No, we don’t do hidden fees. You will be charged for your tights (which will be automatically discounted) and you will be charged for shipping only when your subscription includes less than 2 pairs per delivery. If your subscription includes 2 pairs of tights or more, shipping will be free.
